# Service Delivery and Finance Administration Officer for NATO with security clearance

We are supporting NATO in sourcing experienced professionals for mission-critical roles across the Alliance. This is a contract (B2B) engagement delivered on-site, working alongside NATO teams.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Support the day-to-day operation of NCI Academy business activities using sound project-management principles, processes and tools
- Generate quarterly reporting and liaise with Agency Finance to ensure quarterly invoices are accurate and delivered on time
- Act as a customer focal point, dealing diplomatically with problem-management and business-related issues
- Prepare and support Price Proposals (PP), Operational Level Agreements (OLA) and Service Support Training (SST) agreements
- Process daily EBA activities — Purchase Requisitions (PRs), OLA PRs and travel requests — and maintain resource-allocation plans
- Support product cost analysis, CAPEX/OPEX estimation and pricing, and new Business-Model development
- Manage daily ServiceNow (SNOW) activities: service-task structures, resource-plan requests and timecard processing

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

- Proven service-delivery / project-management experience in an IT or business-operations environment
- Strong financial and invoicing acumen — quarterly reporting, price proposals, OLAs
- Hands-on ServiceNow (SNOW) experience and comfort with EBA / procurement workflows
- Excellent stakeholder management and a diplomatic, customer-focused approach
