Joining our client's team of skilled product owners and business analysts, you will be supporting and ensuring relentless improvement on their platform by taking responsibility for the continued development of customer facing solutions to bank customers in cloud. You will be joining a strong, technical organization that pursues excellent customer experiences and strive to help the member banks to continuously unlock benefits from the Salesforce platform, with a direct impact on the customers' daily business. In other words: You will help create real value that will impact bank customers directly every day.
To succeed, you need a customer-centric, holistic, and outside-in view, while engaging with the many stakeholders ranging from developers, fellow PO’s, Product management, architects and managers within the company. You will work out of the Warsaw office as product owner for one of the four teams, reporting to the product manager.
As product owner, you will be responsible for the product leadership and proactive stakeholder engagement, to ensure that objectives and tasks reflect business value and are prioritized accordingly, thus enabling the team to deliver value and meet deadlines.
Start your day with the flexible morning hours and:
- Assist in building and prioritizing the domain backlog
- Refine and prioritize features/stories in the product backlog to best achieve stakeholders' goals and ensure the priorities
- Act as voice-of-the-customer in the domain
- Be responsible for building, maintaining and aligning 5-quarter roadmaps, given the strategy and target architecture
- Part-take in conducting epic refinement, business-case building and securing funding for larger initiatives
- Engage in stakeholders, follow-up, report and align with strategic prioritized initiatives.
- Prioritize team-backlogs and build stories.
We are happy to hear from you if you have:
- 3+ years of experience from a similar position
- Strong understanding of delivering software products and preferably have worked with Salesforce before - nice to have
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Agile mindset
- Advanced English skills
