The role’s primary success criteria is to ensure a solid and professional team of people with competences in IAM, PAM, cybersecurity, who are ready and willing to help the company. The constant challenge of the role will be ensuring that competencies are developed internally in line with company and market needs, as well as providing descriptive feedback on company processes and drive changes when needed.
Start your day with the flexible morning hours and:
- Help onboard cybersecurity specialists and build in-house competences of IAM, PAM and cybersecurity
- Take care of continuous development and increasing competence of the security specialists and development teams across the whole organization
- Broadcast information about available competences through company, anticipate and react to other teams’ needs
- Keep track of world cybersecurity solutions and services to create guidelines and patterns for developing such competencies in the company
- Assess teams and help them develop security roadmap, compliance plans (IGA, Sec etc.)
- Ensure that, developed competences, tools and functionalities in the team meets architectural, DevOps, etc. the company's principles, path and customer needs
We are happy to hear from you if you have:
- 7+ years of experience from a similar position working with Cybersecurity and GRC experience within a medium to large enterprise
- Understanding of technologies and solutions utilized in cybersecurity and networks (SIEM, Firewalls, IAM, IDS/IPS, End Point Protection, Authentication and Authorization control, Cloud etc.)
- Knowledge of the security concepts especially network architecture, segmentation, defense in depth
- Experience with team building, training and coaching others
- Experienced in legal and regulatory requirements and industry specific security frameworks
- Good working knowledge of current IT risks and experience in security solutions
- Advanced English skills
