- Work in an international environment with teams spread between Poland and Denmark
- Apply agile techniques to provide support for software development team members - as a Scrum Master, you will be accountable for the overall effectiveness of the Scrum Team, making sure that the team lives up to the Scrum Rules and Values
- Help Product Owner in effective Product Backlog Management
- Make sure that all Scrum Events occur and are productive
- Govern development progress and take corrective actions if necessary
- Identify and mitigate risks, resolve „pitch points” in development & goals delivery - including impediments removals - in close cooperation with Development Managers and other Scrum Masters
- Participate in effort estimates required to develop a described feature, where technical details are estimated by experts in the area
- Contribute to the community by proposing and implementing process improvements.
We are happy to hear from you if you have:
- 3+ years of experience from a similar position working with teams in software development projects
- Thorough understanding of Scrum Framework (possibly SAFe as well)
- Scrum certification (PSM, CSM)
- Practical familiarity and proficiency in the usage of: Jira, Confluence, MS Office
- Fluent English skills (written and verbal)
- Excellent communication skills, ability to provide concise status to management
- Conflict navigation and management skills
- Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail
- Positive attitude to work
- Immanent drive for improvement, pro-activeness – can-do attitude
- Interest in IT, familiarity with software development processes, best practices, techniques, and tools
